DIRECTIONS FOR USE |
Before testing, allow the test sample, buffer solution, and/or control to reach room temperature (15-30°C). |
1. Remove the test kit from the sealed pouch and place it on a clean, level surface. For optimal results, perform the test within one hour of opening the pouch. |
2. For Serum or Plasma Specimens : To use a dropper: Hold the dropper vertically, draw the specimen and transfer thespecimen to the sample well of the test cassette (one drop/approximately 10ul),then squeeze the wash buffer solution bottle, add three drops wash buffersolution(approximately 90ul) inside to the sample well and start the timer. Avoidtrapping air bubbles in the sample well. |
To use a micro-pipette: Pipette and dispense 10ul of specimen to the sample wellof the test cassette, then squeeze the wash buffer solution bottle, add three dropswash buffer solution (approximately 90ul) inside to the sample well and start thetimer. |
For Whole Blood Specimens : To use a dropper: Hold the dropper vertically, draw the specimen and transfer thespecimen to the sample well of the test cassette (two drops/approximately 20ul),then squeeze the wash buffer solution bottle, add three drops wash buffersolution(approximately 90ul) inside to the sample well and start the timer. Avoidtrapping air bubbles in the sample well. |

3. Wait for the colored lines to appear. Results should be read after 10 minutes. Do not interpret results after 15 minutes. |
Note: It is recommended not to use buffers more than 6 months after opening. |
